About Me
Hi, I'm Aman Boddu, a first-year student at Collin College, planning to transfer to a four-year university to pursue a degree in computer science or data.
My journey has not been straightforward. I moved from India to the US during high school, which meant adapting to a completely different academic culture while keeping up with coursework. I chose to graduate early, which made things more demanding, but it taught me how to plan ahead and stay consistent.
I build things that solve real problems. Whenever I run into a problem in daily life, my first instinct is to build a solution for it. That habit has resulted in a growing set of apps, from PDF converters to QR code generators to vocal removal tools. When my high school robotics club needed someone to bring together the hardware, software, and motion sensors into one working robot, I took that role and delivered. My team said the final demo would not have happened without my contribution.
I stay current with technology because I genuinely enjoy it. I work with Gen AI tools including OpenAI, Claude, and LangChain, and I have built practical applications using them, including an image enhancer, a vocal remover, and a mindful change planner. I apply these tools to problems I face day to day rather than just experimenting for the sake of it. I have a mentor with deep experience in the data field who reviews my progress and keeps me on track. For the next three years, I have a clear plan to grow as a data professional.
Outside of tech, I play basketball, volunteer at local tech workshops, and read science fiction.
This site documents my projects, progress, and the path I am building toward a career in data and technology. Thanks for visiting.
